This policy explains how ATUM TEKNOLOJİ İTHALAT İHRACAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("we", "us"), Kızılmurat Mah. Mustafa Sunkur Ekizdoğan Sk. No: 2, Tarsus / Mersin, Türkiye, handles information in the mobile game Reverse Hourglass (the "Game").
The Game has no accounts and never asks for your email address, phone number, contacts, photos or location. Your progress (levels, coins, settings) is stored on your device.
If you choose to enter a display name, the Game takes part in the weekly "Sand Cup" league. We then store that display name together with your level, stars, weekly cups, game language and a random player identifier on our server (Supabase, data hosted in Japan) so other players can see the leaderboard. Please do not use your real full name. You can play without a name; players without a name are not shown on the leaderboard.
After some levels the Game may ask a short optional survey (a 1–5 rating, a few tick boxes and an optional comment). Answers are stored on our server with your random player identifier and are only used to improve the Game. Do not include personal information in the comment.
We use GameAnalytics (GameAnalytics ApS, Denmark) to understand how the Game is played and to improve it. It receives anonymous gameplay events such as level started/completed/failed, session length, booster use and in-game coin flows, together with technical data: a random device-specific identifier generated by the SDK, device model, operating system version, country derived from IP address, app version and language. We do not use this data to identify you. See gameanalytics.com/privacy.
On iOS we ask your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any data is used to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. If you decline, the Game works exactly the same. If we run advertising campaigns, the advertising platform (for example Meta) may receive an install or event notification so we can measure campaign performance; with tracking declined, only Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork attribution is used.
If you allow it, the Game schedules local reminders on your device (for example "your lives are full" or "your daily reward is ready"). These are created on the device; no notification data is sent to us. You can turn them off in the Game's settings or in iOS Settings.
The current version contains no real-money purchases and no third-party ads. If these are added later, payments will be processed by Apple; we never receive your payment card details. This policy will be updated before such features are released.
The Game is suitable for a general audience but is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Analytics data is retained by GameAnalytics for a limited period and in aggregated form. Uninstalling the Game deletes all progress stored on your device. Under GDPR and Turkish data protection law (KVKK) you may ask us for access to, correction or deletion of any data linked to your player or device identifier, including your league name and survey answers, by contacting us at the address below.

Oyunda hesap yoktur; e-postanızı, telefonunuzu, rehberinizi, fotoğraflarınızı veya konumunuzu istemez. İlerlemeniz cihazınızda saklanır.
Bir görünen ad girerseniz haftalık "Kum Kupası" ligine katılırsınız. Bu durumda görünen adınız; seviyeniz, yıldızlarınız, haftalık kupalarınız, oyun diliniz ve rastgele bir oyuncu kimliğiyle birlikte sunucumuzda (Supabase, veriler Japonya'da barındırılır) saklanır ve diğer oyuncular sıralamada görebilir. Lütfen tam adınızı kullanmayın. Ad girmeden de oynayabilirsiniz; adı olmayan oyuncular sıralamada gösterilmez.
Oyun bazı bölümlerden sonra kısa ve isteğe bağlı bir anket gösterebilir (1–5 puan, birkaç seçenek ve isteğe bağlı yorum). Cevaplar rastgele oyuncu kimliğinizle sunucumuzda saklanır ve yalnızca oyunu geliştirmek için kullanılır. Yoruma kişisel bilgi yazmayın.
Oyunu geliştirmek için GameAnalytics kullanırız. Bölüm başlatma/bitirme/kaybetme, oturum süresi, güçlendirici kullanımı gibi anonim oyun olayları; SDK'nın ürettiği rastgele bir cihaz kimliği, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, IP'den türetilen ülke, uygulama sürümü ve dil bilgisiyle birlikte gönderilir. Bu verileri sizi tanımlamak için kullanmayız.
iOS'ta sizi diğer şirketlerin uygulama ve sitelerinde takip etmeden önce Apple'ın Uygulama Takip Şeffaflığı penceresiyle izninizi isteriz. Reddederseniz oyun aynen çalışır. Reklam kampanyası yürütürsek, reklam platformu kampanya performansını ölçmek için kurulum bilgisi alabilir; izin vermediyseniz yalnızca Apple'ın gizliliği koruyan SKAdNetwork ölçümü kullanılır.
İzin verirseniz oyun cihazınızda yerel hatırlatmalar planlar ("canların doldu", "günlük ödülün hazır" gibi). Bunlar cihazda oluşturulur, bize veri gönderilmez. Oyun ayarlarından veya iOS Ayarlar'dan kapatabilirsiniz.
Mevcut sürümde gerçek parayla satın alma ve üçüncü taraf reklam yoktur. İleride eklenirse ödemeler Apple tarafından işlenir; kart bilgilerinizi asla almayız. Bu politika o özelliklerden önce güncellenecektir.
Oyun genel kitleye uygundur ancak 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir. Bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayız.
Analitik veriler GameAnalytics tarafından sınırlı süre ve toplu halde saklanır. Oyunu silmek cihazdaki tüm ilerlemeyi siler. KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında cihaz kimliğinize bağlı verilere erişim, düzeltme veya silme talebinizi aşağıdaki adrese iletebilirsiniz.
